Phillips & Temro acquires EVoCharge

EVoCharge focuses on cable management solutions and charging station products

Phillips & Temro Industries (PTI) has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in EVoCharge, one of North America’s original EV charging infrastructure providers. EVoCharge develops and manufactures Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) and its EVoReel® cable management solutions.

The acquisition of EVoCharge increases the span of PTI’s sustainability offerings and supports its commitment to providing environmentally responsible, quality products for the electric vehicle and hybrid industry.
